Our Origin
Civic Anchor wasn’t built to ride a trend. It was created to meet a real need: helping executive leaders steer high-consequence institutions with clarity, alignment, and operational trust—especially when it matters most.
After two decades inside the federal system—advising, facilitating, and leading from the front—Kristen Fish saw a gap: leaders had vision, but not always the rhythm or team trust to carry it through.
Civic Anchor exists to close that gap.
